It's time for our 2nd Annual Grapevine Trail Ride. We will meet in the parking lot across from Willhoite's in Downtown Grapevine, Saturday at 1pm. It will most likely be hot, so bring your canteens, camelbacks, bottled water etc. Let us know if you need to borrow a board (ahead of time please, so we can have enough decks for everyone) and as always, if you, your friends, or family don't longboard, you are always welcome to join in on bike, roller blades, or what have you.
We will push down the CottonBelt Trail on Ira E. Woods to Pool Road Trail and at that intersection we will take a break at a fillin' station. Then we will head down to scenic Big Bear Creek Trail. There is a good hill to bomb along that trail, but for the most part, the whole ride is pretty flat. Then we turn and ride back to downtown Grapevine for food and drinks at Willhoite's or another of the many restaurants and wineries in the area. It's a great place to end a ride.
We look forward to seeing all of you, our growing community of longboarders out for this fun event.
Be well,
Mark & Edwin
As always, safety gear is recommended. Texas Longboards cannot and will not be held responsible for your decision to ride a longboard skateboard or the decisions you make while you are involved in the act of riding a skateboard.
Let's be safe out there!
