It's been moved to January if the state approves it. If not then it will still be on November 23rd.

The reason I had to move it is because I missed the deadline to reserve anything in November. If the stretch of road is over 3 miles then you need to contact them 5 months in advance.

If the state doesn't approve it then we'll just do a smaller event on November's Silent Sunday (no cars). It wouldn't be as awesome as if we could really blow this thing up but it would be something.
