Yea, Mt. Lemmon... crazy!!!! I typically bike up to Molino Basin Monday mornings and do longer rides up the mountain occasionally, but I may never do much on the mountain with a board. The speeds I hit on my bike are intense, but it's nice to know I have brakes in my hand.

Hmmm... why did I buy blast waves for the speedboard I'm making if I'm afraid of the greatest hill around town.

they're pretty drifty. speed vents may have been worth the extra cash if you were going for grip.

or bigzigs which are extremely grippy until you drift on them a couple times, and then they are still grippy, and the do smooth drifts.

ya i had a pair. i like them. grip when you want it, drift when you want it. i mentioned speed vents though cuz they're made by seismic-3dm like the blastwaves.

Sorry I didn't get around to that sooner. Didn't have internet for a while. We should all totally do the Phoenix race. I emailed Adam C. today, and he just might be there. Be nice to see him again, Sounds like its gonna be a cool event. Location, location! As in, not in a different state, or on a different continent!

i'm super stoked for it. i am HOPING by then after a lot of practice i'll be able to run topmount well w/ some crails or radikals, or something along those lines. i'd love to have some pogo plates and radikal hangars w/ some s9 race formulas, but we'll see what i show up with.
