DFW best areas to ride?

we've been hitting it mostly with 3-5 people lately. thats what i was just saying in my last post, that a big sesh there wouldnt be a good idea. at least not for a while to see if things lighten up there.

I agree, as much as I wan't to skate with a big group I just don't think that it could happen. We would get run out for sure. It's already hard enough to keep your eye on the garage next door to make sure that no one's watching and calling the cops, we all heard Stubbs story. Maybe we can figure something else out. Or maybe just small groups of no more than 4 or 5.............Tanner

Moe's Art was awesome last night, but that Lady from 1-800- rent-Acop, at the star lot was not

Has anyone tried ummm contacting the owners of the parking garages and asking if it would not be possible for us to sign "no law suits over injury" stuff , and see if we couldnt rent the garage out... i mean this is dallas, most people are interested in money.

They'd make you get an EVENT COVERAGE insurance policy and it would cost you several thousand even if they went for it, which they wouldn't. I have liability waivers but the problem with even approaching the owners with said intentions are going to result in a major shut down of the garage for good, especially when the owner figures out we are the ones skating it. At that point anything that has happened in that garage (vandalism, cars broken into, etc) starts the finger pointing in our direction.

Nope, I say some things are just meant to be outlaw activities and this is one of them. It's similar to barging a pool. Just take what you can get when you can get it and do it with max stealth.

Yes, I'm laying off the garage for a while. I've got other stuff to skate: ditches, pools, a park or two, couple of hills over in Las Colinas. There's more to skate out there, ya just gotta go find it.

Hey guys thanks for the help. my friend and i found a couple of really badass garages off of san jacinto. we also tried the parkland garages but that didnt last to long. My friend and I are 18 and 17 from lewisville area and are looking for some people to ride with. I read about the bombsquad but idk who to contact to ride with you guys

San jacento has the majority of the good garages in downtown! I'm working really late tonight so I can't go though. Sucky. Have fun at Mozart but keep your eye out on the garage next door. There was a guy in a suit that kept looking over at Mozart.

i am think about taking the dervish out to the Allen public skate park on tuesday, or maybe saturday. its from 8 a.m. to 11pm.
