Labor Day in Austin

sunday Sunday SUNDAY night at Midnight when the calendar officially switches over to Monday Sept. 3rd Labor DAY, Austin Longboard Club will be having a garage race in Austin Texas. If you can make it down to the Capital City we will be meeting at 10-11pm on Sunday night, August 31st, at Wahoos Fish Taco 509 Rio Grande, between 5th and 6th streets towards the west end of Downtown. The garage we are racing will not be disclosed until race time but I can tell you it is very smooth with all right turns.

Entry fee will be $10.00 to cover prizes and fun and only cash in person will be accepted at the meet time. There is no pre registration, if you show up you can race. This is underground and outlaw. RACE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Safety gear preferred especially helmets. Garage races get crowded in the corners and even experienced riders take hard falls or bad collisions.
