Talking If you loveed the AZPusher, then get a load of thiss

Hey guess , im here with an idea. I feel that we had such a sick group show in the blazing heat that we can get an even better group for the next event. The matter on hand is what kind of even do you guys wanna see happen in the Metro area? Slalom , slide , dancing, Dh, another pusher , what? soo give me your input and tell me what you have in mind and lets put together a sick event that will keep passing the stoked!

Whatever you end up doing, do it in the WINTER!!! If you get the time of the year right then I'd gladly come up from Tucson. And if what you're doing for the event isn't my cup-o-tea I'm glad to be a spectator

If you wanna do something at the South Mountain park we could do ALL those things. The terrain there is so versatile, you can do whatever kind of riding you wish.

I think another pusher would be cool, but that's probably because I'm not very good at sliding and I don't really know any dancing. Slalom might be fun to learn. But I gotta agree with the notion of making the event in the winter, mostly because of school.

IT WILL DEFINITELY WE DURING THE COOLER SEASONS MY FRIENDS. As for the event if we find a good host area like South Mountain we could host like a Slalom, a Slide , a DH, and a Dance Comp. all in one event and have a premium prize for all 1st place takes. Maybe a deck or board for each if the sponsors are good again, i am almost positive LBL and Loaded would be down to help again cause i keep in touch with them.Any thoughts or comments on the idea??? We just need to keep it Outlaw tho cause of all the issues we hit trying to set up the Dh on south mountain.

Haha yeah... Outlaws are the way to go. I could talk to Rayne again and see if they're still down for it.

+1 for another pusher, but I would be in for pretty much anything. I need a reason to pick up a slalom set up so......

if we do another pusher, for definite i'd be down for that. i would like to see an out and back or a loop though just to make it easier for event setup and logistics. no car shuttling also. but i will attend whatever goes down.

I likes the ways you thinks. Even though it was really nice of cole to give some of us bums a ride back to the park for the first pusher, I think some sort of looped pusher might have a better turnout.

We could try the path along the canal that runs along Mcqueen. If we do that we could also try that ditch that runs along the 202 . Does anyone know if it loops around?

You know I think I actually got some sunburning from the Pusher. That's a first for me in about 3 years, and considering I've done laps at the Rec. Center pool at noon during August for 2.5 hours tells me I haven't got as much sun as I used to. (Plus, I didn't use sun block, bad idea)

Guys dont get me wrong i LOVEEE the pusher and the summer one will be an annual thing , earlier this year tho , a little closer to spring. But i think we need to do something else so that we can let the riders who have a preferred disciple ride there way, such a a DH or slalom. Thats why i was trying to make a mixed event soo everyone can have some fun,,,,

YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD TOTALLY ROCK?!?!?!

if we could find a pusher coarse that led to the event =) soooo sickkkk

If we had a pusher course preceding the event, then we'd best keep the pusher course a little shorter and maybe at dusk / night, or even some time in winter, since I think people wouldn't want to be exhausted before the real fun started.

I'd like to learn to slalom, if someone knows where we can get a copious supply of cones? or can someone suggest a cheaper, abundant alternative? dixie cups? heheh

How about a giant slalom race? That way it would be open to riders that don't have specialty slalom equipment.

an excellent point. My deck is about as big as an ironing board , so it's a little sluggish compared to a zippy short deck.

Ya the event will be in the cooler seasons to avoid the heat, but i was feeling the whole multiple disciple skate jam which would definitely have a slalom and people are always allowed to free skate.
