Where is Mummy Mountain? It sounds pretty sweet. Is it a good long run? I know of a few good runs, we should meet up and skate sometime. Have you ever been to South Mountain?

Also, here's a decent looking run I found on google earth that's in Flagstaff. I think the whole 89a is a decent road to ride:

Bicycling, bicycle, bicycle parts, bicycle trips, bicycle tours, cycling, cyclists

If you're taking the 87 up and not the 17 then check out this road:

Bicycling, bicycle, bicycle parts, bicycle trips, bicycle tours, cycling, cyclists

mummy mountain is just a real chill mountain with a couple good hills. you can take scottsdale road to cheney and take cheney all the way up. it is like a 1/2 mile to a mile run, not that long but thats where i learned how to ride so i love it and you get up to like 30ish. im there almost everyday. so yea check it out! and i havnt been to south mountain yet but im goin on the 28! im so excited. i was in fountain hills this weekend and i broke 45mph for the first time. it was intense. i wana go up to flag sometime and find a nice mountain road sooo yea!

I'm out at Silent Sunday every month, it's a lot of fun! There should be quite a few people going this month. I usually go pretty early to avoid the heat. What's your setup like?

Sweet man. South Mountain is a pretty fast technical hill though so you gotta make sure you know what you're doing.

Speeds are around 45 to 50 I'm estimating, I haven't hit 50 yet I know for a fact. Turns toward the top can get pretty gnarly but once you get toward the bottom it's pretty much all straight.
