So I got a PM from Dane SFS, and this guy who ever he is REALLY dislikes the SLAB crew. He referred to us as "slab ****s" (does "us" still apply for me lol?) and I had to remind him that he wouldnt know of the spots that hes mentioning if it were not for the SLAB guys and this thread. What an envious ass wipe. Have fun skating with your one or two friends for the rest of your time in san antonio.

It's kinda funny yet sad at the same time that this guy would go though all the trouble to try to put some of the gnarliest skaters and tightest group in SA down. Love how he named the phrases that you guys gave the spots..

In light of what has gone down in the last 24 hours I hereby declare SLABrz silent. I think its really cool how much we've grown and how much as a core group we enjoy skating together. But now we may be getting blown out by one jealous A-hole or we just have an outsider just fugging w/ us. Regardless we need to limit our talk talk and continue persuing our walk walk. We have just a few really good skaters, but NONE that can keep up with the few top skaters in this state. It's fun to talk trash, I'm one who loves to participate. But everyone knows I am the top.............. ok seriously. I can get away with it because I am one badass ......... dam it there it goes again. Look, we have been bringing each other up in this kickass sport with almost no outside help, coaching or real experiance with long ass downhills with pins and 50mph drops back into a pin. Hell I'm the onlt MF that's been to MH and I had a blast butchering, well I mean carving the hill up. I could barely foot brake as many of you have seen on my video. So quit gabbing so much on the feeesh, start using your texting skills to announce where we are skating or of new spots.

I've gotta say, I'm in total agreement with kelder on this hush hush. If you've got a new spot going on and want to share it w/your fellow SLAB'r's, for now I think PM is the best bet.

And if that dude wants to compete, tell him my phone number. So we can meet and I can shut him down.

It's a great garage for our style. Still looking for that "perfect" garage though if you know what I mean. Yeah man, sorry I missed yours too. I won't be able to make that early sesh. Got morning classes.

Forgot to mention that after the garages, we hit up the circle and had these 3 scooter kids (15-17 year olds) following us. We thought they were just following us to be a-holes but they were just really impressed how hardcore we were bombing that hill. When we were walking back up, I finally talked to them and they were pretty interested about longboarding. Seemed like they've never really seen longboarding before. I kindly told them to "drop the handle bars and get a longboard" so who knows? We might just have converted some kids to longboardism!

I vote we do a relay race at spec on Wed haha

We could have 4 teams (however many people show up randomly divided by 4). First person of the team races down, then runs back up the stairs and tags the next person on their team. Last person has to run back up the stairs and the first team to get all their members back up to the top wins!

the first video is in this garage in katy called Woodgroup, its a beginner garage... i had soooo many good memories in there... that's where i learn how to longboard... nostalgia hmmmmm ....

the second video is customs i believe... i never skated there but seems pretty gnar...
