A huge benefit for organization is community support and education. I was very involved in organizing the Alamo Busa Boys. We met once a week and started the season with 4 people. By the end of the season we had 12 and the biggest group I led Statewide was 37 (way to many throttle junkies ) Rides had a mandatory safety meeting. We also started adding "training" sessions before the actual run for those interested in learning new things. I will help any way I can if wanted...

BTW - I'm giong back out to McAllister this morn around 9 by the dog park if anyone interested. Oh yeah, I just got my Khiro bushing kit (barrels/cones) if anyone is interested in tuning up.
Busa Boys? As in, Hayabusa? Dude those things are crazy. I like!

I think just about anyone and everyone is welcome to come to sessions and skate with us whenever, the more the merrier in my opinion as long as its not blowing spots (or crashing into eachother). Its understandable that people have commitments and schedules and cant always be as involved all the time as others.

Wont be able to make it there with ya, at work until 4 30 everyday, I have tues and weds off. What setup have you been riding? I got the khrio kit when i started skating and have lost most of the bushings However ive accumulated a number of other bushings venoms rock for all around and JimZ's as well for DH.

I need to change the bushings that came stock on my Paris trucks, everything I have read online says that I need to change them because the stock ones SUCK....problem....DONO what im doing, or what to replace them with.

Im thinking about taking my girlfriend down to SA to catch a movie at the palladium later this evening, wanna chek out Monsters Vs Aliens 3D.. (you know enjoy a "sandwhich" before we go watch it) but if anyone is down to skate a little later on in the evening hit me up

Ah man, i forgot to bring the bag of bushings Ive got. Ive only ridden the paris trucks for some pretty loose carving on my dervish so I have soft khiro barrels in there right now, you may want to ask in the trucks forum what some peopel have there paris trucks setup for for DH. Either way ive got a ton of bushings we can have you try out. Mmmmm, ham sandwhiches.

90a venoms are the shit! Absolutly love them, I put on the 93's for the sizzler and I think they may have been too much, maybe I just had them too tight.

Im gonna put my paris trucks on my new pool deck and see how they turn out.

My Kahas are shipping sooner than expected. What deck should I get for them (wow, that sounded backwards). I'm thinking of something dropped and versitile. Maybe a hellcat or a flushcut.
I really like the Kebbek revenger too, but that ain't dropped.
Can anyone help me with this most perplexing sitiuation. I seem to be frozen in the decision making process. I'm at work and bored, everyone I work with is either not working or not here. Think I'm gonna split.

Tom, the kahas are low riding trucks, topmounted most people think they make the board pretty low, but i perfer dropped decks myself (not drop thru). I would recommend a drop through deck though, since youll be able to drop them thru, or top mount them to try that as well. Theres tons of options, just depends on your concave and wheelbase preference.

Yeah, she was punched and dyno was 197 hp at the wheel. I could pull a throttle wheelie in first 4 gears. Ran a high 8 sec quarter mile at 189 mph. Needed a swingarm extension but I love to drag knees. This was her before I lost her to a 90 mph highside last year...

Here's McAllister run by dog park. It measured almost 1/2 mile without a push. Not sure how fast I got but the sidewinders couldn't take much more and started to wobble even with doh doh 90's...

Last pic I dubbed "Sumtin Wicked". It's on private property but man it looks fun... definately not with the sidewinders...

Hope you wear leathers dude! That is awesome Ive always wanted to feel what that kind of acceleration would be like, amazing im sure. How did you end up after the high side? Are you replacing your hayabusa rush with longboarding?

How is the asphault on those roads? Looks good for maybe setting up some cones since its in the park. The second one looks a little intimidating, definitly would not recommend the sidewinders on that hill either but they are fun. Sweet pics and sweet bike.

yo, ive been looking around at different bushings lately, but one thing i keep seeing is that a venom 90a is like a khiro 80smtn, anyone got a good measure as to what = what?

Also, cool little board, you build it?

Borto, got a cave short of that deck???

Luke I would probably ignore those statements. The reason I say so is because the venoms are significantly taller then the khiro's. I have blue (80a) and orange (80 something) combo on my dervish and its way turnier than the venom 90a barrels. I even ride the softest venom barrels on that board Ive been skating the garage with and wouldnt say its more turny than the dervish setup with khiros. The biggest benefit of the venoms is the rebound, the khiro feel a bit more saggy. If you are thinking about venoms, def go with 90a barrels.

Could be done with more or less concave if requested.

Double barrel khiro combo on the dervish. 90a venom barrels all around for DH on the evo.
