Well I just looked at the topo map and it may be a mild hill starting off where it almost goes into judson, itll be a small hill. But it may be something that would be good for you, not too fast but still some speed to help get used to. Nic have you been to Geneseo?

Yeah Randolph is about a 10 mph road, two lane wide road with lane bumps all the way down. I didn't really like it so I took Ben to a neighborhood on my side of town...

I'm heading up to that Slalom thing in Austin first thing in the morning.
But I'll be back in town later tonight if anyone has it left in them to ride that neighborhood.

So I had an awesome day.
Rode some cones with the Austin guys, one of whom owns the resturant that I later had my birthday lunch at (Wahoo's) then I sought out Lowbrow Emporium and bought myself some Bear Grizzly 852s.

Now for my Diablo to come home...

Hey, this was a good day for you.
My friend Dan Barnett went up there to run cones also.
He met Borto.
You meet him?
Me and Borto have gone in on some deals and have had lunch at Wahoos several times.
I always get the shrimp enchiladas with white rice and black beans.
I love that place.
Then Dan dropped off one of my decks at my favorite skate shop, Lowbrow.

Small world.
Happy birthday cake.

They've been trying to get me to go up there for the cones, but I'm not sure I have enough rhythm.....and I'd have to wake up early

Ya, that waking up early has to be tough considering your hours. Next vacation or long weekend you take we expect to see ya and your stuff!

hey guys, looks like i lost my phone. Mike the weather is looking alright, i will def be there around 10 30 or 11. If anyone else wants to come to a new hill, look up iron horse way on google maps, its off of 1604 and bandera, call Mike if you need directions.

Hey sorry Nic, Mike and I hit up iron horse on saturday I beleive, and we were gonna skate sunday morning but it was wicked windy at the secret neighborhood. Did they tell you when to expect your deck?

But I got good news. Google maps made an update to there application, and now the street view option is available much more places than it used to be, and this has allowed me to find tons of new hills in our area. I think i have found like, 20 new hills, not exagerating. Mike, you thought iron horse wasnt steep enough? Wait until you see some of these. I have looked for qualities in the hills like asphalt, intersections, grade, traffic, all that stuff and there are some real good ones that are near where we are hitting already. like scenic loop rd at cross mountain road, scenic oaks, fair oaks, extending to bergheim, and past bulverde for those day trips on a weekend. So yeah, lots of hills with a variety. I can make the Map I made public so yall can view the hills for yourself, if you need help working the app let me know. Now where and when are we skating??? Weds should be warmer weather and I really wanna go to the SAC garage, I know its christmas eve and some cant do it that night but Ill go by myself if I have to. Kelly, where you at man?

Cool, are you going to our lady of grace? :ets go when you get out of church, I guess. That big island board looks just like the moose model, is it the same? Im interesting in how it rides, because its got those wedges on both ends I imagine it would be really really carvy. Bring him out when we ride, he wont have to skate hills from the top, he can learn a lot. have you gotten gloves yet Nic?
