starting to make longboards
just wondering if anyone has any hints or pointers we are getting a jack press and we are just wondering if anyone has made some and how thay did it we also are making a mold for a couple boards to
As far a wood goes, my source here (New Mexico) orders it for me from some place in Phoenix. So you should have a good source. Just call around to local lumber yards and see if they have 1/8in or 1/4in baltic birch.
and make sure its actually baltic birch. Many hardware stores carry birch plywood, but that stuff is garbage and will result in a build that wasnt really worth the time/money

It'd be cool if you were scootin' down to softball practice with the girls and then getting smoothies downtown afterwards and then to the park to look for other cute boy middle-schoolers. Question: does the board match the short shorts your dad disapproves of?
Go to Woodworkers Source. It's on Kyrene and Elliot plus a couple other locations. That's where I get my stuff. They've got 5'x5' sheets for 30 bucks and some maple for a little more money too.
