12" is wide. Very wide. 10" is plenty. If you go too wide you don't get any leverage and the chances of wheel and rail bite increase a lot.

As for the Team ABQ logo, there is already a logo.

A modified version of this will go on the boards.

He seems pretty energetic and angry.
