You can easily slow down to a stop by the tiemm you get to the two way.

what's the plan on a stopping point? i could see the finish line going to the spikes but the ride-out is too long it seems, i was kicking to maintain speed.... any ideas or is it just going to be figured out on the spot?
oh and agreed on the heats of a minimum of three.

I remember going fast enough that i didn't even think about pushing, but i guess we'll see when we get there. We can all agree on a finish line based on a few trial runs down the hill.

We rode the main road a couple times from the second parking area that has the hill. We all rode, so no shots were taken... Is that where you were thinking of having the race? Have you ridden that big ass hill next to Squaw Peak that is in the pics?

i havent ridden that big hill, it looks pretty gnarly. I was thinking of having the race from all the way at the top of the park, where the road ends and there is a parking lot area. We could do it from that second parking lot of you guys want to, but it is a longer run from the very top of the park.

I went down it last night about 6 or 7 pm. There were a lot of cars for a Monday night, but it seemed to start clearing out as the sun set. The speed humps are a little sketch. I didn't eat #### or get run over, so it was a good time.

My vote is the top of the park. Irish, traffic shouldnt be an issue at that time of night, especially if we have the "official race" once the sun is completely down.
See you all tomorrow
