lol they do, but only the 4 president(orange and purple im sure). i didnt notice any in heats when i was there last.

Well if he found out at 10pm they didn't carry them. He could order online from Muirskate.com in San Diego. They would ship the next day(when he would just be calling Sidewalk Surfer) and have them one day later...
