    Very nice design -- serious.

    Peddle luge?

I love the smell of fossil fuel emissions and the whine of an internal combustion engine on a pristine morning.

i rode two other designs at IHPVA race back in the mid 90's

one was reverse (1ftr/2rr) lean to steer.. fwd...

the other uses no RTC... but handle bars attached to the 'truck' unit..
made by the guy who built the current fastest HPV

    many leaning variations out there...

Yeah, I have seen a front single wheel, 3-wheel trike design that is commercially available and patented.

I have a rear single wheel, 3-wheel lean trike variant that I would like to build also. Very costly to have one custom built though.
