Buttboard wheelbase

Hi guys

I would like to build a buttboard in the classic shape (seen on buttboarding.com). My girlfriend wants to ride it ride it too. I'm 5.9 and she is 5.4.

Would you suggest to drill holes for a shorter wheelbase for her? If yes, which wheelbase would you suggest for her?

Probably about 30-32in. But really the most deciding factor is what kind of roads you are riding, and what wheel base you feel comfortable riding said roads with.

The roads here in Switzerland are normally less wide and and have more turns than your roads in the USA. The asphalt is different on all the roads. Sometimes perfect, sometimes crap (usually more crap than perfect).

What would you suggest?

Try starting at 30in, try it out. But be sure to leave room to drill new holes in either direction.
