Looks nice. The infamous coffin look. I like the cross on the bottom.

I'd be a little worried about wheel bite. You might need to add a riser in the front.

The truck placement looks pretty decent. Why do you think it is a bit far down the board?
Wide trucks are good as well.

The wedges should point forwards (both front and back) Or don't wedge the back truck.

As long as you don't have wheel bite, have fun!

Nice Job! Nice craftsmanship. What material did you use??

I just made one too. Used the basic design standard, just changed up the shape a bit.

I rode the board last night......Interesting ride, fun, very fast, reminds me of an enduro kart, if you know what that is you know what I mean. Now I wanna race or dice w/ guys on a good road. I was on a straight shot last night, hit 46 mph easy (garmin 405), then quit quick. I knew the damage possible if I crashed. I did have safety gear, just not leather.

Wheel bite? Do you need tall risers?? I have .155" risers.

Not really sure where to lay either?? Looked at pictures and watched vids but there is alot of room to move on the board.

I was reading the official butt board rules the other day for sh1ts n giggles, and I think it said you can't put grab rails on... You might want to check that out, I may be wrong.
Oh come on gravity, you used to be cool...

The official IGSA rules say you can add non aerodynamic stiffiners to the bottom. I hold on to the front edge of my stiffener. I don't like a board that doesn't have something extra to hold on to.

As far as sitting on the board, sit down with your butt behind your front truck. Then I like to see the four truck bolts between my crotch. Also my "handles" end about four inches back from the wheels. If I wrap my forefinger around the end of the stiffener, then my arms are pretty much straight. And I'm on the board properly.

You may want to add some foam/padding/grip tape to the top. Helps keep you on the board, and helps you find the center again when you turn. (This is just a general statement, forgot you already had grip tape on there)

With the style of buttboard you made, you will need a riser on the front to aboid wheelbite. I don't know how much you need with bears. I personally use just a single angle riser (much like what is in your rear truck pic) but I currently use randals which is a taller truck.

I used 9 ply birch. And as far as wheel bite goes... Ive never gotten it with the angled risers i have. I also put some shock risers on to have a super smooth ride. (you can see them in the pics above.) You want to sit with your butt right behind the front trucks and just find a comfortable spot. Id also invest in some new wheels if i was you.
