Luge can be adjusted for a person who is 5'6"-5'9". There are 2 more mounting spots for the trucks if you want to have 2 on the front and 2 on the back. This luge has helped me win 1st Place Rookie class at Fire On The Mountain 2003 and 3rd Place in Amature class in 2004, and Has had respectable finishes in the Bainbridge, Ohio world cups.
