is there any where where i can buy the parts to make my own... or buy a prefabed one? i dont have the tools or the skills to build my own...

any idea how much something like this would cost?

is it possible to make the same style dropped luge out of wood? or is this just not done... if i do make it out of wood.. will it pass inspection at a race... what specs do i need to meet?
