IGSA CAl DH Series Round Two: Sult and Tolman!

The weather was awesome, and the luge racing was ripping. Racers were banging elbows on top of the course, and races were decided at the line by inches. Rat Sult came back to hit the hill on his Streetluge (and speedboard).
