I talk to one of my ridding buddys this morning and He told me it was similar to the Randal luge truck O well I guess we have to wait and see if some one has a pair and post some photos.

from NCDSA:
Duane, The Randal II (R-II) is converted into an R-IIB by putting in a grade 8 (or better) kingpin with the locknut outwardly exposed and using fully cylindrical cushions (as opposed to conical) and the appropriate retaining washers.
That's the name for a randal II with flipped hanger, no more no less. Hard to believe, absolutely true.
I gues you were right, check the post prior to this one

Yeah, only I forgot about the comp kit... Two years ago, while browsing the net about buttboard construction, I found a site selling those "II-B" . Randal has the best communication :B

that is the correct answer.. it is the best combination for buttboard and many pros also use it on the luge. Stronger kingpin and stiffer bushing needed for 70 mph.. We also correct the steering angle with a couple of wedges pointing forward. The the result is the front has more steer and the rear has less.
