Discovery HD. Secret Club of Speed : Bob Pererya, Mike Coabela, Digger Green, Rick Wilson, Tom Mason, Grumpy on Templin Highway
CSI :New York Tom Mason and Grumpy equipped stunts (I think someone dies)
MOJO HD :Gear Episode #13 (cable only) Me on Jet and Host, me, Chris Bouno and CJ Hicks on Street Luge.

Arg! I guess that's one way to get a younger crowd into luge... Can't afford a Ricer Tuner Car to street race with, try luge. Fast and Furious NOT

I saw it on Discovery HD yesterday. I was about to go to bed and my dad called me in and I watched it. Pretty sick. I might have missed the mojo one and I'm watching CSI right now. My dad wanted to try street luge after watching the Discovery DH show.

Well I haven't seen it yet... But the name of the show is CSI: New York

The last year of DHX, we ran the road the night before the event started. We were given glow sticks... It rocked!

Haha! I didnt hear of this thread until after the show aired, I got phone calls from my whole family.
My mom was all worried that ppl are this aggressive when street-luging.

Yes, it is NY, but not the "real" one... the show stated that there's a 35% grade hill on 49th st. (and apparently 35% is needed to hit 80mph) Hah!
And, okay I still don't get how the luger was FLYING. TV for ya I guess.

Dude, I was skating down the street on some special wheels my sponsor doesn't sell to anyone, and they totally burst into flame from all my gnar, just like it did to those sledders on CSI!!!! My wife got mad at me for mocking the television.

I can tell you this, even though I know it is all Hollywood, this ruined CSI for me. If they treat all their special cases like this being so far from truth, what can you believe? Even the cast had a hard time keeping from laughing while saying those lines in the lab.

At least we all now know the Drag Coefficient for luge is .8 It's true, I saw it on CSI!!!!

I just wanted to point out how accurate the CSI show is in regard to how many hot women (pardon the pun) race street
