Default new luge set up

just got a roger bros pegless board with r2's and 90mm flys and was wondering what sort of a bushing set up most people run on there boards.

i am going for a ride this weekend but want to have the right sort of duro bushings in.

i've got orange indys all round at the moment will these suffice? im a heavy dude around 95kg's. should i be going harder?

my friend has a home made luge, that is very heavy, and so is he. he runs black khiros with bears. did you get your luge with all that aero stoff on it, or no?

I weigh about the same as you. With 2 trucks I usually run purple khiros in the front, and black or yellow khiros in the rear. I go softer in the rear to keep the rear wheels on the ground during hard cornering.

I a related story, my Rogers Bros. sled is arriving shortly, however I live in Illinois and streetluge in the Mississippi valley. Seeing that it's only Febuary, any setup tips for putting skis/ice skates on a set of Randal luge trucks?

did not get it with the aero stuff that was an extra 400 dollars and the board was expensive enough especially when you add in 400 dollars freight to get it to sydney... thankfully i split the shipping with someone else.

i figured i'd need barrels for it but they're hard to find round these parts might have to settle for doh doh's...

its all about hard bushing, the technology put into rebound is useless on a luge.
you want something you can really put your weight into.
My favorite is Black Randal, I like to slip in a Blue Randal for extra stability when i go over 100kph
My friends swears my orange indy and he weighs 240lbs.
I never tried the purple khiro, but i found the blacks to be too soft for streetluge.
Other good bushing I like are the Black, Green And Blue Radikal.
I dont like JimZ bushings for streetluge.
Enjoy the new toy
lets see some action shots.
