I'll stay out of the debate about outing spots. Surfers get violent over this topic.

However, once promoters, sponsors, media and the press get involved; your secret spot has been outed.

If a surfer wants to keep his/her break secret, he/she never posts pics, vids, etc. that give any clues about the location.

Edit: Cool vid just the same. I don't believe I could find the huevos to go 100 mph on my back (or standing up).

Totally missed this fracas last year. They did mention the location like a million times in the video, but then again the OP very politely asked folks not to post it.

Meanwhile, Speedy, have you ever noticed how cyclical your SF trouble-making (or perceived SF trouble-making) is? There's a pretty clear pattern. And I sense the beginning of another uptick....

Niko went there like 2 years ago I think... or maybe last year...
He skated it but didnt tuck it. The sweeper at the end is deadly

A couple guys from Toronto, ONterrible have skated it too..

They were politely asked to leave or be arrested by the police.

i was there too today.
i found one really fast,steep hill with a sweeping runout that gives quite abit of g-force going out of it.

but no tech, just fast.
