So... Its an inflatable sled with rubber runner grooves on the bottom?

looks fun but I question its long-term survivability when competing in the same market as skiing and snowboarding.

and jumping an inflatable flotation device on snow is original? Wow I feel like I got ripped off because I used to do that years ago when I had snow days in elementary school.

yea there seems to be a gap in the market for things like these.... not really though.

but in all seriousness, does it bug them that their feet just drag in the snow like that?

I would attach skis to them.

I'd ride it like a butt board. But maybe that's just because when I crash I'd rather my feet hit first than my head.

Yeah, That's the first thing I noticed.

I thought at first that this whole thing was a satire, but it would appear that they are serious...

I JUST got home from a week of airboarding.

Yeah its fun. Yeah its fast. Yeah you can turn. Yeah you can jump. Yeah your feet can drag in the snow.

Is it sustainable, still to early to tell. They've only been around for about 5 years. Unfortunately there are only a handful of slopes in the states that allow them.

Well you ride it head first. To turn, you roll in the direction you want to go, and/or shift your body weight over. You do use your feet (toes) to help steer, and slow down, as well as braking.
