building a schlong
I'd like to set up my old shortboard for tech sliding once I get my hands on it again at school. Right now all it needs is new bearings to be a functional shortboard again so I'll start there.
I have some indys on my surf one, which I'd like to transfer over and use on the deck
what hangar width is best for schlongs? Should I use a riser?

Re: building a schlong
Assuming you're not going to modify your board, Indy 169s are pretty standard for slide set ups. Your board is probably narrow though, so 149s or maybe even 129 lows might work.
Slide A's too. They're awesome for once you kill your shortboard wheels.

I doubt you'll even need that. Stock indy bushings feel fine on my slide deck, but it's 38in.

I suppose you're right, it is a slide deck, but you haven't seen my shortboard either. If the bushings have any rebound I'll be happy.
