    Default New Road?

i like to slide, but recently, if you have read my other posts you would know, my favorite road got paved with a crappy bumpy kinda pave. there is this other road that got paved, but a good smooth pave, and it was done about a month ago, give or take. so my question is, when should i be able to slide this, i saw some kid on one of those loaded fish thingermajigs and he slid pretty easily, but his wheels were different then mine... so umm ya

1- How does the first road have anything to do with this?

2- How does someone riding a loaded fish have anything to do with this?

3- How would we know when it's okay to slide?

4- Take rubes statement of common sense and try.
