    Exclamation one foot knee slide help

    so im still preaty new to slides , i can , im not the greatest but i can hold my own. recently ( today ) i ball-ed up and tries out the one footed knee slides and i love it. im still having trouble with it, is there a link or video that can help so i get form and everything right? any help is great

    i love these slides.... but they wreck havoc on your pads and shoes. my shoe is more duct tape than leather now, haha

    are you doing these with your front knee or back knee? I always see videos of people using their front knee and then basically boneless out... but I put my rear knee on the ground, 180*, and ride out switch

    yeah sthere killing my shoes too, they already destroyed my vans, and killed 2 pair of strings today.
    but yeah im on my front knew. i can get the slide but bringing it back is posing a problem, and is there anything i can put on my shoes to keep them from being destroyed?
