you can pick up cutting board basically anywhere...i got a couple at the local 99 cent store and it is very durable plastic...

if you want a good board, check out some decks in the 36 inch range with deep concave...they are basically good for all types of slides

for trucks, i use whatever kind...they all work

as for wheels, i highly recommend you pick up a set of hard wheels in the 99a range...these wheels will slide great...some examples of great slide wheels are:

Abec 11 No Skoolz in 96-98a
Rainskates Yellow Jackets and Hornets in 98a
    Gravity Sergio Yuppies in 99a
    Powell Bowl Bombers in 95a

There are plenty of other wheels, but i have heard the best reviews about these.

    congrats on the slides,

and agent wd-40 speaks the truth
The sage, Longboard Buddha once said, "A tree spends 100% of its lifetime in a static environment and only after its reincarnation as a deck is it allowed to move at fast speeds...
when allowed, the wood will give thankless service if
    allowed to flow."

I can tell you from personal experience those slide GREAT. In fact I was just out sliding the Yellow Jackets today. Very nice!
I use the Krux 5.0 trucks on my sliding board. If your interested check out www.milehighskates.com thats where I got mine.
I also use the Alva Black Cadillac (available at milehigh) and it's very nice. This board can double as a great park/pool riding setup too.
