Right, so, I go to the hardware store to pick up some leather gloves. I find a pair of cowhide ones. These are very expensive gloves. I walk up to the counter, ask them to ring it up, and they say they dont have a price...the item hasnt been registered yet.

So then they (all these behind the counter teenagers) start asking each other how much they should ring up to be. One suggests 99cents, another says $3 will work. haha, I got me some sliding gloves.

I go home, pull some weeds, and they turn green. Then I get on my shortboard (dont have a sliding deck yet) and take em for a ride. However, I soon realize that without pucks, you cant do more than 180's.

I'll have cutting board soon enough, but man, that was a good first day...

i got a pair of cowhide gloves at a 99cent store and they were pretty nice up until the point that they ripped...i guess you get what you pay for
