they are gunna slide like Krypto 76mm's

depends on the duro, deck and road conditions

in the softer duro's krypts tend to slide well, a hard drift and choppy when comming back into line. But if you get used to them...
The sage, Longboard Buddha once said, "A tree spends 100% of its lifetime in a static environment and only after its reincarnation as a deck is it allowed to move at fast speeds...
when allowed, the wood will give thankless service if
    allowed to flow."

Does it matter what color the whells are in order for them to slide?

Yes. Here's the breakdown for the Classic K's and Hawaii's:

Red -- Softest (white is usually the same hardness)
    Blue -- Medium
    Green -- Hardest

I'd tell you the durometer (hardness) of the colors, but truth is, none of the wheels test out to what they claim, so it's all relative.

bite the wheels the softer they are they softer the duro.

softer wheels slide nice and smooth (granted you are going fast and you have straight axes) harderwheels slide faster

yeah i suppose 75a grippins would be nice n' chewy, like a rubber band or pencil eraser, and 98a bowlriders would be more like a jawbreaker. 81a flashbacks would be somewhere between a hard boiled egg and calamari.
