start off by learning to slide 180s, but keep your foot on your tail as you slide and when you feel your rear wheels let go, apply pressure to the front of your board to slow the rotation and this will cause the front 2 wheels to slide parelel to the bottom of the hill...... if thats too tough, roll down a hill at high speeds fakie then do a kickturn but keep your front wheels on the ground and do a jump going into it then lean back, the extra speed will cause you to bust into a 4 wheel slide where as you would only slide the front wheels with less weight around(learn this manuver slow and with speed it turns into a sweet standupslide) once you can float in and out of toeside/frontside 180s regulat and fakie, you can do a big floating jump and get a full 360 but whenever you do a standup slide its important to bend your knees and pop up as if your jumping on a scale with a needle and your trying to loose almost all your weight without actually jumping off.......... wear pads and youll feel it, another thing you can do to learn that works really well is push really hard straight at a wall/curb/oldlady and then youll have to push a 4 wheel slide to stop intime
you know the saying \"less is more\"? well sometimes more is more
