Short board sliding.....*sigh*

I've been seeing more and more longboard companies use there short boards in there videos for sliding. yeah they slide like crazy with those 100a wheels, but I'm not impressed. Its really not even about impressing me, but Im not entertained by it. Let the pro short boarders ride short boards they can slide them just as well as anyone else. I just got done watching some new earthwing video on Longboardism.com and it was all short boarding, pretty lame.

My opinion is you need to stop hating. For most of us, we don't separate longboarding and skateboarding. Considering slide comps held at DH races have featured these so called "short boards" for years, I think its here to stay.

If you think its so easy, lets see you do stand up 540's at 35 mph on one of these decks.

Tech sliding is pretty damn awesome when done right. Watching some hard wheel sliding competitions and Fernando Yuppie videos makes me want to get my own just to mess around on. Soft wheel sliding may be more difficult but I think hard wheel has a more aesthetic appeal to it because of flow you can have within your slides. Well, thats, just, like, my, opinion, man.

hey retard, did you ever consider that those people might be riding earthwing decks and earthwing wheels? Pull your head out of your ass. No one's forcing you to watch those videos. It's all skateboarding, hell, it's even skateboarding down hills.
