1/4 mile long distance wise not including the incline (from a satelite it will just look flat...)
I would assume its a good bit longer...
That Faltown hill looks insane! Very smooth looking but pretty narrow! Fortunetly for me the steep short bomb in my area is very wide (2 lane road which could easily fit 4)....

You bring up a good point, but I am pretty sure that google earth measures with grade in mind. When I turn the view sideways, the line is I am measuring diagonal with the hill instead of flat.
And then there's Bicknell. Not quite as steep, and nowhere near as long, but when you're running 5' centers...
are you ####### kidding me???? the thread is steepest street in the world.
Bicknell is rad for slalom and has FAT ROOTS but its SSSLLLOOOWWWW like a retard reading Shakespeare.
I dont think its possible to even run 5, 5' centers down any of these steep streets, i'll even watch you try on Fargo and then eat my own words if it can be done, but come on aw ready!
I was there that night those photos were taken, did you hang around long enough to see the groms dropping in and straight charging the dirt bluff opposite the course. A little girl showed up one of the Burnside locals (the guy that broke his board ollie the road closed barrier coming off the ramp) and while this was going on, everyone had their backs to Maysey, Flyod, Gorman, etc (who were ripping Bicknell) but it just goes to show.
These streets are like rolling into pools, the second you take your foot off the ground your accellerating full on balls to the wall!
