Re: EW bigfoot
That would be a very good slide board.
I'm not sure about the dimensions of the blank board, so I can't say anything on that.

Re: EW bigfoot
Between my Corchia and Bigfoot I prefer the Bigfoot nowadays simply because the width makes stand-ups feel more controlled. Might just be mental, but I haven't gotten to try out my Corchia because I need to face the sixtracks I have it set up with. And yes, I mean 'have' to. There's a little chunk missing from the axle making one of the wheels stop spinning making for some unpredictable braking.
EDIT:
Might want to add I'm 5.8feet. with a loving 150pounds, and just around a size 10 shoe wise.
I'm a sucker for pizza and long walks on the beach. <3

if you wanna stick with EW (which i would recommend), maybe look into the 35"x9.25" corchia or the 33"x9" executioner. they're both quite a bit narrower than the 10" wide bigfoot and would probably fit ya better
rayne has a 35" agent and 32.5" catalyst, also
as per risers, if you run the 62mm slide-a's, i'd go with 1/4" shock risers. if you wanted to get the new 58mm's, you could get by with less riser
