Default Uk longboarders - wiltshire/berkshire

hey everyone, thought it was about time i got on the forums instead of just looking at them every once in a while

i just got my longboard a couple of weeks ago (landyachtz dh), and as you can imagine im loving it. ive got nearly 6 years boarding behind me now, but only actually started longboarding a few months ago. only problem is i havent really got anyone to board with at the moment

i used to go to southampton to board with my friend paul, he had a comet spoon that i really liked. hes just moved though, finished uni and headed back home to gibraltar. i liked southampton, loads of longboarders, but a little far to travel every weekend

so im wondering if there are any boarders in my area, pretty much anywhere between reading and swindon

oh yeah i also mountainboard and freebord

yep you spoke to me on lush. havent found many hills myself, ive been off longboarding for a while, but im sure there are some in newbury. as for why ive been off, my landy dh is on its way back to canada after starting to delam. im getting an evo in a few weeks though, once theyre in the country. my pintail that im making is almost finished, so ill be back cruising and carving by tuesday at the latest

ive got some the other side of me in a town called marlborough, some nice stuff over there with very smooth pavement. more sort of mild bombing though as opposed to carving, but its so smooth its be sweet for sliding too
