    Default longboardshops in London

    Hi there,
I am traveling to London this weekend and as I want to buy my first longboard soon I'd like to check out some stores. Didn't find anything interesting on the internet so far. Maybe someone here knows some good place to go to?

    hello mate,

not to many hot shops to be honest, but there are some spots around that do some decent ones, nothing amazing.

brixton cycles as far as im aware do longboards and the quiksilver store up in covent garden, and another store in that area.

how much you looking to spend and what are you looking to get into??

if you need any help just give me a shout!

    hey mike,
thanks for the reply. In the german longboardz forum I've already been told about Brixton Cycles and Club Blue Room at Mable Arch (strange that there websites don't tell anything about longboards...). Anyway, I'll check out that quicksilver store as well.

I'm hoping to be able to have a look at the Loaded Pintail at some store because it looks pretty nice to me - furthermore the Lush Convert and the Sector 9 Cosmic Sun seem to be interesting.
Generally I'd like a board to cruise around, do some carving and now and then ride a small hill if I ever find one...Want to learn pumping as well. The board shouldn't be longer than 90cm so it is agile enough to ride through the city and I can still carry it around quite easily - if someone has some more recommendations I'd be grateful for any. Oh, I definitely want some concave and some flex!

Actually I do not expect to find a board in London which is cheaper there than it is in Germany. But who knows - in case I decide to get the Lush convert I would not now any other place where to get it for example...
