I skate here in the summer there is a sweet road that runs through the middle towards the Ballet school where no cars are allowed. There are also a couple of hills to bomb / carve with no or few cars.

The cyclists tend to stay to the perimeter road but this is also shared with cars. I cycle in the park as well as ride my board and I have to say that the cars are quite intolerant to cycles even when you are doing the 20mph speed limit so I would'nt be too comfortable on a board, best stick to the middle road.

richmond park london - Google Maps

The roundabout in the middle here runs south up a nice hill for bombing, once you get to the top of the hill there are no cars allowed and a nice road that runs straight across the top to the other side of the park good for pumping and dancing. I like to carve the hill back down to the roundabout not too steep and mostly car free.
