Default Where to cruise in Hampshire?!

I live in Portsmouth, and my mates and I are bored of our current spots, anyone know of any decent hills or roads, with almost no cars, where we can cruise and slide a bit in the Hampshire area? We currently cruise in Southsea mostily, but it is pretty flat and uninteresting.

aah. i go occasionally. it worries me a bit coz of the bumps. but it is good for bombing.

there are a couple of other good car parks as well. Asda, near fratton is good, i found out recently. and also there is a car park right next to the police station by commercial road, but you have to go late coz of security. since starting the thread i have found many places. me and my mates occasionally go to rowlands to do hills there.

also, do you, or your friend, by any chance work at the co-op by palmerston road?

If you've got transport try getting to Farley mount near Romsey
spot on for all sorts, cruising, downhill quiet roads & fine scenery
or maybe around the old mental hospital at Knowle,Catisfield way

i'm in bournemouth.....just getting sick of this winter already..

thankfully we have got a few decent shops stocking a reasonable amount of longboard hardware

few spots to do some sliding nr durley chine etc...

i'm thinking of getting hold of this mini longboard carve machine...

or a lush tula...just wanna find something smaller when heading to town? any other ideas on the mini longboard front?

Definitely hook up with the Southampton XSS and go for a skate with them. Othwerwise come on over to longboard-sessions.co.uk and see if there's anyone about in your area. Bournemouth has some gnar up durly and the suchlike as well.
