NSG Vainqueur 24.5' any info? is it a skateboard or longboard?

I found a 24.5ish' NSG Vainqueur that looks like its from the 80s. Can someone give me any information about this board and if I should try to salvage the deck.

That is definitely more the length of a shortboard, but it probably comes more down to how wide and flexy it is. If it's got that, you could make it a decent mini.

its around 6' at its widest and has a only a little flex. it looks like its has 120mm trucks with 60mm wheels. i have some pics
