Default Help me ID this vintage board

We picked up this board at a thrift store, took it into a local skate shop and they confirmed it was a collector's board early to mid seventies (possibly sixties). There is printing on the deck that starts with "CO" and has a logo, line of script printing underneath that; we can't read it (two words second word looks like it starts with EQU). The wheels are kryptonics, and the trucks are x-caliber. It's in pretty good shape. We just want to identify the deck if we can. Can you help with that? Any idea what it's worth?

The logo looks familiar, but I can't place it. As for the board's age, the size, shape, and solid wood construction, as well as being set up with X-Caliber Pros and Kryptonics puts it around '77...

Cool Re: Help me ID this vintage board

I was going to say 1976, but do know that board. It is pretty
    obscure.

    Better pics might help

The pic's can say a 1000 words if done well. What kind of wood is it? You need to take better pic's of the logo to see whats up wheels to. I see this all the time and it's like someone is hiding something. Need to see everything, good and bad. Skate shops are not the best idea for finding out about old school boards because they don't know anything about old school unless that where there. 60's Ha!! Ha!! no way. Old school boards have a mystery to solve every time when you get one!!.
