Man. This sucks so much. I was skating down to the local Esso for a 2am snack with my friends, and doing some oldschool kickflips on the way. I get there, take advantage of the smooth surface, and bam. Cry time. My 2nd-oldest possession is dead.

I can't find these trucks anywhere on the net from my frantic search.

That board should be hanging on your wall. Get a new board to ride.
Unless you really feel the need to be that "retro" and "hip", there are many boards out there that would be much more fun to ride than that clunker.

Also, mind explaining how exactly it is broken? With all the knowledge on the fish I'm sure someone has an idea about how to piece it back together.

I don't care at all about being retro, hip or anything else. The only thing I have owned longer than this is a Sega Megadrive, and I bought this when I was 7 or 8. This is my childhood!

I could do. I can't find trucks that are for the type of wheels that you mount and then pour the bearings in, but I can find ones that fit new-style wheels/bearings by the bucketload, but are the same size. I'll keep you guys posted, whichever route I take

Check out these. They may work for you, though I don't know about the mounting holes. You may have to re-drill.

I found a new old stock truck for $23.64 that will work. Are you saying that the threads are stripped on the base plate? Or did you crack the plate? I still think I can fix it!!

Lots of people throw away there old junk when it breaks. You should try that.

A cheap walmart board isn't the same as a mans vintage prized childhood possession.

Most people have prized possessions from their childhood they like to keep, and are willing to try and fix if they break.

are the trucks steel or aluminium? if they are, i could easily tig weld that for you. no go if its cast iron or pot metal. if its a weldable metal, ferrous or non ferrous, i can fix it. lemme know. sorry for your loss man, that sucks.... i would be heartbroken myself

Some of you other dudes need to check the attitude and have some compassion. I wish I still have some of my childhood boards.
