Default new member - ? about vintage Santa Cruz longboard

Hey guys, I am a new member to the forum. Just discovered recently. Very cool site.
I am an old skater from the 1980's looking to get my soul back. I have purchased a couple of newer longboards and started cruising & carving again. It is amazing how much stress can be relieved by an hour of cruising after work.

I have a question. I am currently bidding on a "vintage Santa Cruz longboard" on ebay. Does anybody know history on Santa Cruz longboards? When were they made? I had several Santa Cruz boards back then, but was unaware that they made longboards. This board is 44 1/2" lg X 9 1/2" wide with 6 1/2" Indy trucks and Kryptonics wheels. The graphics look very 80's and is overall a very cool board. Any help with dating and history of this board would be greatly appreciated.
    Scott

    vintage 90's maybe...

welcome to the fish, santa cruz has made longboards through the years but this really doesn't look anything like a shape from the past. who knows? i could be wrong.
if you can't understand what's right...
    ...there will be nothing left.
