I personally had a set of the reds in 60MM AMAZING wheels.

    Green - 91A
    Blue - 86A
    Red - 78A

I think that the 70MM appear extra soft because of the thinner flexible lip as
in the picture previously posted. (Unless yours were from a previous generation ) ________
The 1st gen Baby blues Startracs were softer than the 2nd gen named Kryptonics ... that 's why I suppose they rode like a flying carpet !

If anybody round has old, used, coned, ugly, dirty 1st gen, I 'd like to give them a try ! Red or blue are welcome.

No idea about the wheels, pretty battered from him riding it hard when he was young, and being in storage for like 20 years

Hey guys- does anyone know anything about these boards? I found them in my grandparent's garage and I thought they were interesting. Turns out they were my dad's boards. The blue board has "Challenger" trucks and "Pipeline Pacer" wheels. The board is metal and does not have a name on it. The "California Free Former" has "ALS Industries" trucks and also says, "Torrance, California." The wheels are "California Free Former." If anyone has information about these boards please let me know or PM me.

    Thanks!

8)The blue metal board is a Buzie single kick. The tape would say on it Buzie in die cut tape. Challengers trucks are cheap pot metal truck but that is OK. The wheels are worth something!! The stock free former is a hard to find in a wood board. There both keepers!!

I have pink and blue C-62:
    - the pink are 80A
    - the blue are harder 84A
(as I feel it compared to other wheels - no info on previous adverts from Krypto)

    Thank you.
My original assumption was somewhere between 80 and 82a, so that sounds good to me.

Hey all you vintage experts. I need to know what you think. I have an offer to buy an old school 80's Alva Fred Smith Loud One III in mint condition for $150. Do you think this is a fair price, anyone have any info on this board? Thanks in advance.

Last year I saw 2 mint/NOS sell for $125 a piece, and this year I saw one sell for around $250.
It's a cool deck. In addition to different stains, some were pressed differently. Tons of concave in some (even in the tail) , not so much in others. Steep tail for lots of pop.

Yes that's a fair price to me. If you think about it, even some reissues sell for 80 bucks.
