i survived that one crash inthe vid when Manu, Todd and Sult crashed in front of me, I had to slalom around them at 50 mph and I hit Manu's leg in the mess and pulled it off!!!

The Gravity Games crash is mine, I kicked the tail of my board up in the righty racing Darryl and I did a back flip to my head, that one hurt!!!!!!!!

Thats signal hill dude...scene of the first luge/standup race in 1975 if im not mistaken. Way to be disrespectful...

What really got me was the air. I remember seeing some footage of luges getting air at a gravity games event, not sure if its the same location. Ive never seen a vid with anyone getting air like that on a long board though, sick!

Piked this one from the Biker Sherlock thread - Interesting read btw. Nice footage. It's great to see how much speedboarding has evolved in a relatively short time.

That's what I thought. The pavement is super sketchy right (grooved)? I went there, but didn't have the balls to bomb it at the time. Plus there is a cross street right at the bottom.

the mt boarders were using it for their slalom bordercross demo...
darryl is probably one of the most talented downhilller ever...

the whole video was sick , I was trying to point out how bizarre that one clip was , even if it was a famous hill the guy is just cruising down it in a silk button up shirt, its just out of place and the music is stinko

that guy catching air and landing it was ####### insane

Darryl was TEAM TVS aswell, he's a good friend of mine. You should've seen the bridge he launched off in SD at 45 MPH with a tow-in from a truck, man it was nuts!!!!! He ended up doing a backspin and slammed the side of his ribs on the water from a really high bridge, and he was caughing up blood and he fukt himself up. But Darryl is tough.

The shot of the STHILKY SHIRT GUY is Mark Golter bombing 3rd street in Laguna Beach, the hill is gnar!!!!! ahhahahah, I thought that was funny about the silky shirt.
