Default Vintage 1983 Tony Hawk Deck

Hop some of you guys can help.

    Is this deck worth anything?
    If so, how much roughly?
Condition is warp free, never mounted, shrink wrap is 80% on.
Condition is also VVVG with slight surface scratches due to areas with no shrink wrap torn away and deck rubbing on other things whilst being moved around.
    Other wose is VVVG shape.
There is a local with one who want to sell so i need to know i dont over offer.

    Thanks
    faz

Random, I was just about to ask about my original Powell Ripper deck that I just scored off craigslist. I will check skull and bones before cluttering the 'fish.

I believe that Tony Hawk has sold out the last piece of his ass with the endorsement of crap bmx and freestyle bicycles that (for some jacked up reason) bare his name. We all know what a accomplished bmx er he was (lol).

As for this deck, if it is original from the 80's, I say 250 to 400 bucks.

    Hey faz,
Super nice board and highly collectible.
Here are two more sites that will help you get an idea of what that board would likely go for:
Vintage Skateboards - Collector Information | The Collectors Weekly
    http://www.artofskateboarding.com/PG....asp?prod_id=1

Collector's Weekly tracks the top ebay auctions for skateboards and tons of other stuff. It tells you how many people are watching them, what the bids are, etc.
Art of Skateboarding gives you info on just about every board produced in the last four or five decades. You may have to register, but it's worth it.

    Congrats on a sweet board!

Cool Re: Vintage 1983 Tony Hawk Deck

Faz -- go on the Ebay under the Vintage section for skateboard/longboards.

I have seen them go for $700+ US (if it is real) I am not sure which
colors bring more. But it is quite valueable. Nice find.

I have one similar, but not in near as good of condition. In fact it's pretty
    beat up.
