bummer on not getting any places.

on the bright side, the b-day was great. we did a bar-wide irish car bomb, which was pretty sweet. i didn't drink the same thing twice all night :)

Default danger bay

philo, i did prety bad outhere. jack rash was good for me i finish my 2 heats first and second but they cancel the race because a kid crash really hard. Danger bay condition wasn't easy at all, wet , dry wet dry... and 56 crack rider . i had a bad crash with another guys on my first heat my sk8 ran away and i arrived 4 then 2 and 3. so obviously that wasnt anought to make the cut. so i did pass qualification... but now i will practice riding on rain so that kind of #### will not hapen again... Jim and nico did well with a 5 and 7 place but no mistake was alowed and they did a little one so someone else got on the podium.

that was a really good trip, we all learn a lot and we will do better at the next one.

speaking about riding in the wet, i had an idea the other day.

what if you could get your setup so that none of the parts would rust?

trade out the mounting hardware for stainless steel.
trade out the axle for a Ti

how about the bearings? does anyone make Ti bearings, or some ceramic/stainless steel combo? if it was a grease lube in it it might not even need that much maint.

just a thought, but it would be nice to be able to ride in the rain without having to then dis-assemble everything afterwards.

Send soggy lads to a soggy climate, they have soggy results.
Send some to the high desert, and they smoke some folks.
