There's a Saturday Session going on (on the Saturday, of course) at SFU (in Burnaby, only a half hour bus ride away).

For long runs, there's stuff like Cypress/Seymour/Gaglardi Way, but I haven't done much DH in the area (mostly just freeride).

I can't think of any long DH runs other than the ones I listed. Like I said, I've only done freeride in the area.

Saturday Sessions are great, usually they're freeride oriented but this Saturday there's SFU speed runs.
