Default Good long-boarding locations in saskatchewan?

Me and my friend are new to longboarding and we sort of live in the middle of nowhere and it sucks here for longboarding. Know of any good spots in saskatchewan? Preferably around Saskatoon.

Middle of nowhere? Kid, you're in the heartland. I would think Cypress Hills Park has some nice hills in the surrounding area. Play Safe.

Sweet, yeah I'm going to have to buy a new long board though. Didn't do any research when I bought my first board and bought a cruiser. Its ok though cause I like using it for transportation but I'm going to buy a better one for slidding and dh sometime soon.

moose jaw is my favorite place to board. they have some nice hills. i never thought about fort quapelle before that guy above mentioned it but that sounds like a good idea too. Also "like" Sask Longboarding on Facebook. im trying to start a community for the longboard scene here.

I know this might fall on deaf ears(or no ears for that matter) but i thought I'd try. I'm going to be in Moose Jaw this summer and most of the people that skate there do it for the popularity of it instead of the love for it so it is hard to find good people to skate with. If anybody is interested in skating with me this summer and really pushing the limits of the hills moose jaw has to offer I'd love to hear from you.

I wish. I go there to hang out with my bros and skate in the summer but were all around 15 and this season is the first I'm getting into freeriding. I'm hoping to progress majorly within the first month of skate weather but we'll see how that goes.

How about the bike paths around Waskana Park in Regina? Also, around the University, there are some trails that you can do some minor hills. The path can lead you North West around town, and there are some mild hilly areas. Been years since I've been on them, but they were good for roller blading.

GoneShredding, let me know when you are here and if i'm free i'm always down for a skate regardless of the skill level of the other riders.
