This longboard kicks @$$, Tuesday, 26 February 2008 Written by Liam Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: Since summer '07What is your setup like?: I have the factory standards still on. Typical Session Discipline: Carving(if the trucks are really loose) and bombing. How much did you pay?: $175 Where did you purchase it?: In vancouver. What were the strengths of the deck.: Its nice and compact which makes it easy to take places but it rides like a bigger board. What were the weaknesses?: If you're not used to riding it you'll probably fall off a bit for the first few days. Similar decks you have ridden?: None. Would you recommend it?: Yes

My best friend, Wednesday, 04 April 2007 Written by Johnny Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: About a year, maybe 11 months. What is your setup like?: G2 (gear guys) trucks, wheels, bearings and hardware. But now I put some Abec 11 grippins wheels on it which give it an even faster and smoother ride! Typical Session Discipline: CRUZER ALL THE WAY How much did you pay?: $100 Where did you purchase it?: Gear guys.com What were the strengths of the deck.: It rides really nice just like a big longboard except its not like you have revenges on it and you can manual really easy too. It bunny hops great and turns snappy but doesn't throw you off. What were the weaknesses?: Its kinda heavy and swivvles when you speed , but its still awesome! Plus the wheels cant slide but who cares. also, with the grippins and really thick risers it still gets wheel bite here and there. Similar decks you have ridden?: Kind of like the GFH pigme but that board is downright oldschool! Thats another board I recomend. The pocket rocket is it's own thing, not very similar to other rides but still gnarly. Would you recommend it?: Yes
